Up in good mood.  Face peeling.  Wore Opryland t-shirt.  Cool out, around 65 degrees.  Darrin got me.  Got Nissa.  To school.  To home room.  Had pledge.  To Government.  Got Blue Books.  Did those.  To Lit.  Mrs Walters there.  Read "Hamlet" aloud.  Studied Spanish.  To Spanish.  Took test.  He in good mood.  To Physics.  Started electricity.  Talked about rockets.  To chemistry room.  Did experiments.  To lunch.  Ate pizza.  To Prob & Stats.  Notes.  Misc in PE.  Jeremy ran.  Dressed.  Darrin took Joe, Jeremy, Nissa and me home.  Played piano.  Joe got me around 3:30pm.  To KFC.  He had interview.  Got job.  To Wal-Mart.  Got Nissa Certs.  To McDonald's.  Got cone, fries, aqua.  Came home.  Just missed Nissa here.  She worked 5-8pm.  Watched TV.  Mom got home.  Ate Mr Z's.  Darrin came over.  Worked on FWII guns.  Drove around singing.  To Jeremy's.  Nissa there.  Watched TV, etc.  Darrin brought me home around 9:30pm.  Tim there.  Gonna study Prob & Stats.  Nissa came by here.  She's upset.  Wants to read my journal.  Gonna do Prob & Stats and go to sleep.

Slept and slept. Cats fought all night.  Mom called around 2am, mad!  Got it straight.  Jeremy took me home.  Called Darrin.  Rainy a little.  Cool out.  Showered.  Nose peeling.  Darrin got me.  Got Tim's tux.  To Village Gold.  Gave our 3 tuxes.  Saw Tim.  To Tim's.  Off to Sparta to eat (Hardees).  Decided on Rally's.  Heard "Lifes Rich Pageant" and Wilburys.  Got to Rally's.  Ate outside.  Got seconds.  Full!  To the Mall.  To Spencers.  Saw Barb F.  Tim got "Funky Cold Medina."  They chased us.  To Grandpa's.  Closed.  By Zipp's and Hardees (ice cream).  Dropped Tim, me off.  Grandma and Grandpa here.  Got 10 tapes.  Drove to Darrin's (around 7pm).  Mom at Booster Club 50's & 60's dance (till 10pm).  Still gone.  To Darrin's.  Heard our senior trip tapes.  Nissa came over.  She left, me too around 9pm.  Came home.  Amy here.  Tried on shorts.  Cleaned room.

Up around 1:30am (Darrin called).  Mom in Granite.  Dad to New York, then Chicago.  Got dressed.  Around 80 degrees out.  Nice.  Ate pizza.  Nissa came by.  Went to Sparta with her.  To Pizza Hut.  She got her mom's car.  To Wal-Mart.  Saw Reann.  Saw Michelle C.  Came home.  Darrin to Columbia for Stacey.  Watched TV.  Nissa called.  Mom got home.  Ate Zipp's burger.  Darrin called.  Watched "This Old House."  Got in tux around 7pm.  Bell-bottoms and baggy pants.  Harry, DeAnn came down.  Juanita too.  Got pictures.  Darrin and Stacey and then Harry left.  Jeremy, Nissa came over.  Pictures.  We 5 went to the high school.  Oh, got book at library for Mom around 2:30pm.  Watched spider movie.  Been hearing "Fall on Me" a lot!  I love it!  Anyway, we 5 walked in.  Voted for court (Nissa, Darrin, Matt L, ?).  To table.  Bay Wolfe (band) was great.  Watched them all eve.  Saw Brad P.  Jay S supposed to sit at out table (#24).  Didn't.  We pulled ours (Darrin, Stacey, mine, Jay's) and Nissa, Jeremy, Harry and DeAnn's together.  Ate roast beef sandwich, cake, punch.  Got castle souvenirs.  Jeremy, Nissa danced once.  Harry, DeAnn got mad.  Stacey and I talked a lot.  The coronation at 11:30pm.  Parents came in ($1).  Nissa didn't win (Jody, Kendra, Matt, Shelly).  Couple more songs.  Left.  Tim got new car.  To Jeremy's.  Got Joe, Shea.  We 5 to Pizza Hut.  Got 3 larges. Tim there.  So was Barb F, Mike, Lori.  They 3 left.  Drunk guys came in.  Nissa changed clothes.  Drove home.  Heard Wilburys.  Took Shea home.  I was tired!  By my house.  Changed into jeans, Deengelbury t-shirt.  To Jeremy's.  Tim there.  Ate and played pool.  Aaron came by.  Aaron and I laughed at Tim's laugh.  I got sick.  Just laid there.  Darrin, Stacey came in.  I went to Jeremy's bed so I could sleep and go to breakfast at 5am at Coleman's.  Slept a little.  Darrin took Stacey home.  Tim left.  Joe left.  Darrin came back.  Aaron left.  Jeremy and Darrin to Jody's around 5am.  Tim to Belleville and then Jody's.

Overcast.  Up around 6:30am.  Mom gone already.  Wore Space Day shirt and new shorts.  Darrin got me around 7:30am (in truck).  To school (orange trailer).  Harry, Jeremy, Joe, etc came.  Set up.  Walked to grade school.  Watched ceremonies.  Rode Trico bus back to high school.  Launched rockets till 11:15am.  Had fun.  Loudspeaker and walkie-talkies.  Warm.  Comanche died.  Excalibur up once too.  Rest other people's.  Broke for lunch.  Had Hardee's food (not me).  Tim got VCR camera (didn't tape).  Launched 12-2pm.  Saw kids from other school.  Hot!  Got burned.  Nose hurts.  Feet sore.  Darrin brought me home.  Got our tuxes.  Came home.  Showered.  Nissa came by.  Played piano.  She left.  Ate.  She came back by.  To Sparta (got Jeremy).  To Pizza Hut.  Cashed her check.  Came home.  To Jeremy's.  Goofed around.  Jeremy got VCR ready.  Mom to Belleville.  Darrin to Columbia.  We 3 to Belleville in Nissa's car.  I drove.  Fun.  To House of Sharon.  Nissa got her dress.  To the Mall (Jeremy drove).  Sat and watched people.  To Hardee's.  Got cones.  Nissa got mad at us.  Walked around.  To car.  Jeremy drove.  Lightning and thunder and rain.  To home, but parade around fountain.  Drove around trying to bypass it.  Couldn't.  Finally back by BAC.  To Mr Donut.  Got donuts.  Ate in car.  To Super America.  Got gas.  Jeremy drove home.  Nissa and I slept.  To Jeremy's.  Watched 9:30pm channel 13 news.  We were on it.  Nissa brought me home.  Talked to Mom.

Up.  Tired.  Got Comanche out of garage.  Oh, ayer, Shawn brought picture of Brad P with bare butt and Brad ripped the picture from Shawn's album and told on him.  Oh, well.  Darrin got me and Jill.  To school.  To home room.  Ok.  To Government.  Darrin's car had a flat tire.  He fixed it (spare).  We went over books.  To Lit.  Had Act III and vocab quizzes. To Spanish.  Lori L walked out in class. To Physics.  Harry did rocket.  Did schedule.  Misc stuff.  Got shirts.  Bought Deengelbury T-shirt.  Nissa has $5 of mine ahora.  To lunch.  Ate hamburger.  To Prob & Stats.  Notes.  To PE.  Didn't dress.  Hot!  Around 90 degrees.  May rain tomorrow.  Did rocket schedule by Nissa.  Got "dressed."  Rode home with Darrin.  Started Comanche decals.  Changed into shorts.  Nissa got me.  To Jeremy's.  Looked at magazines.  Nissa got mad.  Took me home.  Got ready.  Nissa got me.  Got Jeremy.  To Pizza Hut.  Fun!  New game and CD player.  To Wal-Mart.  Saw Brad P and got dumb shorts (breakin' 'em in for tomorrow).  To McDonald's.  Got food.  Ate it.  Jill to doctor hoy for leg (water on knee or so).  Nissa, Jeremy came in.  Called Fred, Darrin.  To garage.  Did engine tests.  Nissa left.  Came back.  Darrin came over.  Mom, Jill to Sparta with Cheryl, Lisa.  To Jeremy's for rocket.  Completed it.  Darrin, Nissa got Fred.  To high school.  Went in.  Saw Fred.  To ball diamond.  Launched rocket.  Lit, but too heavy.  Cool!  Had fun.  Used walkie-talkies and Darrin's truck CB, channel 14.  To my house.  Grandma and Grandpa here.  Got engine #2.  To Jeremy's.  Worked on rockets.  Nissa and I came home around 9:45pm.  Finished all my rockets (but Stealth).  Got ready for tomorrow.

Wore Opryland T-shirt.  Tired.  Darrin came by.  Had Deengelbury shirts.  Put my jersey on.  Showed off at school.  Very hot hoy (around 90 degrees).  To home room.  Jeremy late.  Nissa mad.  To Government.  Took "notes."  Jeremy, Darrin made Deengelbury shirt announcement.  To Lit.  Read Hamlet.  To Spanish.  Usual.  Physics in class.  Talked about Friday.  Saw lunar buggy and Space Shuttle bus.  HOT!  Everyone wearin' Deengelbury shirts!  Might get a T-shirt.  To lunch.  Ate Johnny M.  Jeremy had to go to get Dave somewhere.  Came back.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  Played softball in PE.  Didn't bat.  Hot!  Sad game.  Darrin took Jeremy, me home.  Aaron took Nissa.  Lisa, Amy over.  Got ready.  Nissa came and got me.  I wore sleeping outfit (wild shorts and Beach Boys shirt).  To Jeremy's.  Sat inside 4-5:15pm.  Slept.  Jeremy showered.  Nissa brought me home.  Washed hair.  Put swim trunks, Deengelbury shirt on.  Painted Comanche 3.  Nissa came by.  To Jeremy's.  Got gas in Nissa's car.  Gave her $3.  To House of Sharon.  Jeremy got tux.  Nissa paid on dress.  To the Mall.  Jeremy drove the whole trip.  To Radio Shack.  Got walkie-talkies and door alarm fixed.  To Sbarro's.  Nissa had to eat.  She was shaking and feeling faint.  Drove home.  Jeremy, Nissa fought.  Dropped Jeremy off.  She dropped me off around 10:10pm.  Told Mom.  Jill up eating.  Tim brought gun powder over, got walkie-talkies.  Gonna sleep!

Mom to/from work early today.  Up to 91 degrees hoy.  Wore Huey shirt.  Drove Jill.  Heard "Superman."  To school.  To home room.  Ok.  To Government.  He gave us situations.  Wrote "Orange."  To Lit.  Took quiz (flunked!).  Watched filmstrip.  Did worksheet, etc in Spanish.  Worked on Rachel's rocket in Physics.  To lunch.  Ate grilled cheese.  To Prob & Stats.  Notes.  Played softball in PE.  Got mad, threw Barb's glove in puddle.  Drove Jill, Amy home.  Worked on rockets.  Mom cut grass.  RR xing open.  HOT!  Cut grass.  Showered.  Built Big Rocket engines.  Ate.  Nissa came by and called.  Brad P (drove), Jeremy, Nissa and I to Sparta.  To Kroger.  To McDonald's.  Got fries.  To Pizza Hut.  Came home.  Waiting for Jeremy's mom to get back with Deengelbury shirts.  Gonna call Darrin, read Nissa's note, call Tim.  Oh, left leg hurts.  Bye!

Sorry, but it was a busy weekend.  I’m kind of sunburned.  Hair short and silly.  Tired!  Played piano afore school.  Darrin got me.  To school.  To home room.  Pledge, etc.  To Government.  Turned in books.  Talked about senior trip.  To Lit, Swine for Mercer.  Slept.  Supposed to read “Hamlet.”  Got bummed.  To Spanish.  Took test.  Tired!  Worked on Rachel’s rocket in shop.  Painted, etc.  To lunch.  Really tired.  Ate APP for lunch.  To Prob & Stats.  Notes.  Slept.  Softball in PE.  Hot!  Up to 90 degrees hoy!  Darrin took me home.  Crossing still tore up (was open).  Came home.  Slept till 4:30pm.  Jill to Amy’s.  Nissa came in.  We talked.  She left for work (5-9pm).  Played piano.  Jeremy came over.  To his house.  Put patio furniture around back.  He drove us to Fairview.  Looked at his “Discovery” and Nissa’s “Cosmo.”  To House of Sharon about Jeremy’s tux.  To the Mall.  Just walked right through.  Got “Lifes Rich Pageant.”  Got door alarm.  Ordered “St Elmo’s Fire” for Nissa.  Looked at Spencers.  Went in Babbage’s, book stores (saw Michelle C), toy stores, etc.  Went to Rally’s.  Came home.  Talked about our songs.  Gonna make new one soon.  Got home.  Came in.  Mom, Brenda walkin’, etc.  They’re home. Got ready for bed.  Hearing new REM.  Not real good.  Mom just talked to me.  Gonna do Lit and Prob & Stats, maybe. 

I think I was tired on this day.  Just a hunch.

The other note is about the REM album “Lifes Rich Pageant.”  I mentioned that it was “not real good” after listening to it for the first time.  It is now one of my favorite REM albums.

Bad night.  Slow trains.  They’re working on the crossing.  Light out in hall.  Excited.  Got up.  Wore REM shirt.  Darrin got me early.  To Handee Mart.  To school.  Darrin took new camera.  Home room class meeting.  Government test 1^st hour.  Mostly done.  Hamlet in Lit.  Nissa, I talked.  Did stuff in Spanish.  To shop for Physics.  Helped Rachel B build GeoSat V.  Not too fun!  To lunch.  Ate hamburger, fries (with very little ketchup).  Prob & Stats in Drivers Ed room.  Took notes.  6^th hour study hall.  Jeff bugged us.  Nissa got mad.  Came home.  Got Deengelbury poster.  Got clothes ready to wash.  Packed.  Played piano.  Nissa came over.  She got Jeremy.  To Sparta.  They came back later.  Sat on couch.  They left around 6pm.  Ate chicken, baked potato.  Darrin got me.  Got Jeremy and Nissa and Nissa’s.  To Sparta.  To Wal-Mart.  Got silly shorts.  Got 4 packs of caps.  We finally left.  To Pizza Hut.  Came home.  To Darrin’s.  He packed.  Borrowed stuff.  Brought me home.  Packed.  Sorry so short, but I’m super-excited about this trip. 

The trip I talked about was our senior trip to Tennessee which, unfortunately, I did not journal about.

Darrin got me.  To school.  Reviewed in Government.  Hamlet in Lit.  Stuff in Spanish.  Fred talked to us in Physics.  Ate.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  Played softball outside in PE.  Came home.  Played piano (Nissa’s new classic book).  Ate.  Went to Fairview at 6pm with Darrin.  To Sam’s.  Oh, Harry’s car got to 000000 miles.  To Venture.  To the Mall.  Saw Terry and Terry (Jeremy’s old novia).  Got stuff for people.  Ate at Sbarro’s con Nissa, Jeremy.  Shopped.  Got home.  Called Nissa.  Got in trouble for being on phone.  Went to bed.

Up at 9am.  Juanita and Harry over.  Dad left for truck school.  I drove (heard Wilburys and Full Metal Jacket) to Granite.  Stayed at Grandma’s.  They shopped.  Brought me food.  Came home.  Nissa worked 5-9pm.  To Darrin’s.  Taped “Eponymous.”  Jeremy, Joe came over.  Played guns.  Came home.  Mom to Sparta.  Ate.  Talked to Tim.  Talked to Nissa.  Fell over in chair.  Hurt back.  Gonna sleep now!

Nissa called around 11:30am.  Said she’d call back.  Up around 12pm.  Mom had my tax check for a month.  Gave it to me.  70 degrees, hot!  Ate spaghetti.  Nissa got me.  To bank.  Put $154.70 in account.  Almost $500 now.  To Sparta.  Jeremy, Joe in Alton about shirts.  We went by Pizza Hut.  Then Wal-Mart.  Got “Eponymous” and 2 packages of caps.  Nissa got Scott 2 birthday cards and a vector picture and Pringles.  To home.  Played guitar.  Put Huey Lewis shirt on.  She came back by.  Went to Sparta in her mom’s car.  To KFC.  Got chicken.  Came home.  She worked 5pm-3am!  Mom to wedding and party (not home yet).  Jill played tennis.  Joe, Jeremy came by.  Got new guns.  Me a $3 Mauzer (they both got one too).  And Joe got a cool one and Jeremy a cool pistol.  Full o’ guns!  To Jeremy’s.  Jeremy, Joe to Joe’s.  Got me.  Found Darrin and Stacey on scooter by my house.  She Stacey with a watergun.  To Pizza Hut.  Saw Nissa.  Ate.  Owe Jeremy $3.50.  Came home.  Dropped Joe off around 10pm.  Then me.  Brenda here, left.  Did REM.  Ready for bed.  Oh, been learning a song on guitar.

Up around 11:30am.  Showered.  Jeremy came over (spiffy) from teachers’ thing in Belleville.  Talked about rockets.  Jimmy got new bike.  We talked about rockets.  He left.  Ate.  Darrin to Columbia and zoo.  Jeremy got me.  To his house.  Slept.  Joe came over.  Brought me home.  Ate.  Mom, Dad out to eat with Brenda and Dennis.  Darrin came over.  Got new Mauzer gun and bubbles.  Drove around.  To Harry’s.  DeAnn there.  Watched MTV.  To Jeremy’s.  Nissa came in from work (11am-8pm).  She gave me 2 posters.  Joe came over to spend the night.  Nissa brought me home around 12am.  Hung posters.

Okay.  Darrin got me.  To school.  Got in.  To home room.  Talked.  To Government.  Reviewed all tests.  To English.  Read “Hamlet” aloud.  To Spanish.  Test, watched Deengelbury tape.  To Physics.  Saw rocket movie.  Cool.  Then took notes.  To lunch.  Ate grilled cheese.  To Prob & Stats.  Took notes.  To study hall.  Oh, found out Stacey B likes me.  Soda break for majority of school.  To NHS meeting.  Not enough people showed.  Postponed till Monday.  Jeremy took Joe to Harry’s, me home, Nissa home.  I got guitar & amp.  Jeremy got me.  To Harry’s.  He left.  Brad there playing drums.  Harry on keyboard.  We played.  SUCKED!  Jeremy came over.  Went downstairs.  Played Nintendo.  Nissa came over.  She, I cruised Marissa.  She peeled out big-time.  She brought me home.  Mom got home.  We got $281 check(?) .  Got $20 for tonight.  Ate pizza, Amy over.  They all went to the show.  Darrin got me around 6:30pm.  To Jeremy’s.  Rachel C came over and talked.  Jeremy finally came out.  Took Rachel to her house.  Off to South County.  Jeremy, Nissa had been fighting all day.  Jeremy asked what I thought of those 2.  I didn’t answer.  Heard Weird Al, Wilburys (twice), and “Green.”  <Supposed to go to Columbia and meet Stacey and her friends.  She said she couldn’t, so we decided on the Mall.  Then to South County anyway.>  So, we went to Columbia (by Stacey’s house).  Not home.  To Hardees.  Ate.  Stacey came in.  Said they’d meet us at Champs at South County.  Drove there.  Sat waiting.  Made fun of people.  Then saw them.  To Musicland.  Nissa got piano book.  Saw Stacey, fat friend, short one.  Left there.  They left.  Closed.  Sprayed cologne on.  To gas station.  Gave Darrin $1.  To Belleville.  Fairview closed.  To McDonald’s by fairgrounds.  Ate food.  Gave Jeremy $8 for Deengelbury shirt and $3 for Space Day shirt.  Came home.  Darrin dropped them off at Jeremy’s.  Got home around 11:45pm.  Ready for bed.

Got to sleep around 12:30am.  Up.  Tired!  Wore REM shirt.  Darrin got me.  To school.  Took my disco shirt for Jeremy.  He got there late.  Nissa drove.  Inside-out dress-up day.  People (Darrin, Harry, Jeremy, Nissa, others) wore everything inside-out.  Jeremy wore mi camisa disco!  Sad!  To home room.  Goofed around.  To Government.  They called us to the gym.  Watched cop & drug dog (cute).  It was good!  To Lit.  Started “Hamlet.”  Nissa left for pictures.  To Spanish.  Reviewed.  Did Cultural Note.  Fun.  To Physics.  Talked about Science Center trip and then Space Day (about rockets).  Jeremy, Tim saw Navy guy.  To lunch.  Ate burrito, chicken noodle soup.  To Prob & Stats.  Took notes.  Played volleyball in PE.  I was in bad mood.  Nissa took me home.  Called IRS.  Made haircut appointment for 4pm next Wed.  Did Prob & Stats.  Studied Spanish.  Nissa to Fairview for dress fitting.  Slept 3:15-6:05pm (Nissa called).  Talked with her.  Everyone ate at White Lantern.  Brought me fish back.  Ate.  Nissa got me around 7pm.  To Jeremy’s.  Harry there.  Watched TV.  Went outside.  Played guns.  Joe came.  My gun broke.  Harry, Darrin left around 8:30pm.  We 3 went in with Nissa.  Ate Flavor-Ices.  Jeremy called Aaron S.  Shirts started.  Joe left around 9:30pm.  Nissa brought me home around 10pm.  Brenda here.  Oh, left ear acting up. 

“Shirts started” refers to the Traveling Deengelbury shirts we were having made.  The Traveling Deengelbury performance was on March 31.

Up at 6am.  Ready by 6:30am.  Darrin got me around 7:05am.  Got Nissa.  To McDonald’s.  Heard Wilburys.  Got pancakes, sausage.  To school.  To home room.  Fun!  To Government.  Took notes on amendments/articles.  To Lit.  Filled out college applications.  To Spanish.  Read aloud.  Worksheet.  To Physics.  Fred talked until 12:35pm about Space Day on Apr 28.  We’re in the rocket division.  Mighty excited ‘bout it.  To lunch.  Ate hamburger, fries.  To Prob & Stats.  Notes.  Got worksheet #7.  To study hall.  Picked out a tux.  Darrin took me home.  Tried to call IRS, lines busy.  Nissa came by.  She, Jeremy took me to Village Gold.  Joe there.  We ordered tuxes.  Took Joe to school for softball games.  To Sparta.  Nissa in bad mood.  To Pizza Hut.  She got her schedule.  Really mad then.  To Wal-Mart.  Looked at everything.  Saw Mom.  Looked at swim trunks.  To Hardees.  Borrowed $.10 from Jeremy.  Came home.  To Jeremy’s.  Talked.  Joe, Harry came over.  Played guns.  They left.  Nissa brought me home at 10pm.  She called.  Talked till 11:20pm.  I ate, did this.  Gonna read old term paper and do Physics (maybe).

Up a little late last night.  Darrin got me.  To school.  He shot Stephanie.  To home room.  Pledge, etc.  To Government.  Had cop guy, funny.  To English.  To library.  No chairs.  Sat on knees.  Learned food and drinks in Spanish.  Got yelled at in Physics.  Paid attention!  Talked about Science Center (Nissa gets to go).  To lunch.  Tired.  Ate toasted ravioli.  Talkin’ to Tim….

Okay, 9:53pm now.  To Prob & Stats.  Notes.  Volleyball in PE.  We lost.  Did backward crab!  Darrin brought me home.  Called IRS.  Wrote Nissa.  Darrin came by.  Hurt leg again.  Called off work.  Jeremy, Joe came by.   We 4 and Nissa to Village Gold.  Jeremy, Darrin got tuxes.  To Jeremy’s.  They brought me home around 6pm.  Nissa no work.  Ate 3 fish sandwiches, mac and cheese.  Watched “Turn You Inside Out” video world premiere.  Explained REM tapes to Jill.  She borrowed one.  To Harry’s.  Got “Beetlejuice”, saw pictures.  Talked con Harry, DeAnn.  Came home.  Headache, so tired.

Nissa called.  Up around 11:30am.  She came in my room around 11:41am to exchange notes.  I was still in bed.  Mom got shorts out for me to try on.  Got ready.  Darrin called.  Stacey there.  Wore Def Leppard and green jacket.  Hair dumb.  Played guitar.  Harry in Belleville.  Ate chicken for dinner.  Called Jeremy.  Got Harry’s trac-Ball.  To Jeremy’s.  Darrin, Stacey there.  Talked.  Darrin, Stacey left.  Jeremy, I played Trac-Ball.  Jeremy’s grandma and grandpa there.  Joe came over.  Played Trac-Ball.  Went in.  Watched TV.  Took Joe home.  Came home.  Fell asleep.  Juanita, Harry, Jim, Grandma and Grandpa here for Grandma and Grandpa’s 45^th anniversary tomorrow.  Ate cake/ice cream.  Nissa called.  Called her.  Talked.  Darrin came over.  Got interrogated about Stacey (mine).  Went to Nissa’s.  She was in bed.  Talked with her for a while.  She came with us riding.  Got Jeremy.  To Handee Mart, etc.  Main Street lights out for a little bit.  Came home.  Brenda here.  Ready for bed.

Darrin called.  I called him back.  He pulled muscle in right leg, so off work for couple of days.  Back to sleep.  Jeremy called.  Said we’d leave for Alton around 2pm instead of 5pm.  Mom, Jill in Belleville (orthodontist) and Granite (Grandma).  Dad put radio on kitchen wall.  Got ready.  Ate.  Joe was gonna go to Alton ‘cause Nissa couldn’t.  Then we decided not to go.  Sat around.  Nissa called (she got off around 2pm).  Wore Dairy Queen shirt and Dad’s inspector coat.  Walked to Harry’s.  He was playin’n Brad’s drums.  He took me to Joe’s.  Played Nintendo.  Nissa came by.  To my house.  Changed shirts.  To Jeremy’s.  To Darrin’s.  Gave him crutches, etc.  To Sparta.  To Wal-Mart.  Jeremy stayed in car and read “Atilla.”  Nissa and I shopped.  To McDonald’s.  Ate there for a while.  Borrowed $3.25 from Nissa.  To Pizza Hut.  Got 2 free Mario Bros games.  Jeremy read in car.  Nissa talked to Scott (he’s cool).  Came to my house.  To Joe’s.  Harry there.  Played robber in house and cops.  Fun!  Stopped at 11pm.  Called Dad.  Had till 12am.  Watched TV.  Played charades.  Nissa brought me home at 12am.  Did this.   Gonna eat.  Sleep.

Wore REM shirt and green jacket.  Darrin got me.  To school.  Had senior trip home room meeting.  Took Government test.

To English.  Got sodas.  Had to go to commons.  Looked at senior trip sheets.  Spanish test.  Good mood!  Physics test.  Easy.  Pizza for lunch.  Prob & Stats test.  Used Nissa’s calculator.  Most-school soda break 6^th hour.  Had PE.  Volleyball.  Nissa and I sat in weight room all hour.  Got home.  Tired!  Played guitar.  Fell asleep.  Joe, Nissa, Jeremy and Aaron came over.  Nissa went to work.  Joe left to go to Bon Jovi with Harry, DeAnn, Shea, etc.  Aaron left.  To Darrin’s.  Darrin got me and Jeremy.  To Sparta.  Rained.  To bank.  Mike & Billie’s (watched Sesame Street special).  To Pizza Hut.  Came home.  Nissa got off early (11pm).  Came home.  2 different girls called me earlier (?,?).  Ate.

Darrin got me.  Reviewed in Government.  Did vocabulary in English.  I talked.  To Spanish.  Reviewed.  To Physics.  In chemistry room.  Talked.  Lunch.  Notes in Prob & Stats until 1pm.  Then we 6 to library for interviews (MEA).  I was 4^th.  Nervous, but liked it once I got in there.  Then to study hall.  Nissa last.  Had NHS meeting.  Yawn.  7 of us there.  Jeremy brought me home.  Studied Government with test Nissa got me.  Stacey called and apologized for the kiss.  Jeremy, Joe got me.  To Sparta.  To Wal-Mart. To see Chieftain.  To Pizza Hut.  Ate.  Did Government.  Saw Nissa.  To Wal-Mart for candy for Nissa.  Took it back to her.  Came home.  Joe went home.  Jeremy, I to Jeremy’s.  Laughed at someone’s Government notes.  Nissa got off early (8pm).  To Jeremy’s.  Tim and Harry over.  Tim’s car has no front bumper.  Jeremy talked with Nissa in his room.  We studied Physics.  Nissa was sick.  Tim took me home around 11:30pm.  Studied Prob & Stats, Physics.  2 calls from a girl.  Stacey?  Went to sleep around 1:30am.

Anyway, up.  Darrin, Jody to Red Bud BAC (all-day conference).  Jeremy got me.  Got Nissa.  To school.  To home room.  Brad P came in during English.  Weird with Darrin gone.  To Government.  “Took notes.”  To English.  Turned in work.  Did vocabulary.  Talked with Nissa.  To Spanish.  Did stuff.  To Physics.  Talked her into having test Friday.  Harry broke calculator.  To lunch.  Ate weenie.  Planning Deengelbury video.  To Prob & Stats.  Took notes.  Test Friday.  To study hall.  Tore up Harry’s calculator.  Did Prob & Stats.  Home with Harry and DeAnn.  Harry has tape player stereo in car.  Nissa had to unexpectedly work (4-9pm (8pm actually)).  Came home.  Did WW.  Jeremy came by.  Went to his house for Trac-Ball.  Down and tired.  Harry at games.  Played Frisbee.  Took picture to school.  Waited in Jeremy’s truck.  He brought me home.  Ate fish, noodles.  Darrin came by.  Said he met a Stacey from Columbia.  Left.  I ate.  Darrin came by.  Got Joe.  Road around.  To Jeremy’s.  Went downstairs.  Darrin left.  Joe, Jeremy and I played guns.  Harry came over.  Went in.  Jeremy’s parents painting steps.  To Jeremy’s room.  Talked.  Nissa came in around 8:30pm.  Ate cake.  We played charades (supposed to study).  Harry and Joe left.  Tim ran over (his car’s wrecked, truck breakin’ down).  Nissa took Tim and me home.  Came in.  Ready for bed.  Gonna write Government letter.  Sleep.

Up.  Slow.  Overcast.  Darrin got me.  Got Deengelbury tape.  To school.  Almost tardy (thought we were).  Pledge.  To Government.  Took notes.  To English.  Got composition worksheets.  Mrs Walters came in to sub (Mercer left our hour).  To Spanish.  Didn’t do Cultural Note.  Had to read aloud.  To Physics.  Asked questions.  Worked.  To lunch.  Ate APP.  To Prob & Stats.  Took notes.  To 6^th hour study hall.  Prigge our teacher.  Copied Physics.  Nissa at other table alone.  Darrin took me home.  He likes Pam M.  Got home.  Did WW.  Ate.  Talked to Harry out in street on phone.  He, Jeremy, Nissa drove up.  Rode with Jeremy to get Joe, then to Jeremy’s.  Nissa there.  To work.  Harry came.  Played Trac-Ball, Frisbee.  Cool out.  Hope I’m not sick.  Harry took me home around 5:30pm.  Ate Hardee’s roast beef.  TV went out.  Darrin got me.  To Tim’s.  To Laundromat.  Vacuumed and washed car.  To Sparta.  Like Traveling Wilburys now.  To Bucheittes, closed.  Stacey (girl I kissed) told Darrin to tell me Hi at Gas-n-Grab.  To Wal-Mart.  No window darkeners.  To Hardee’s.  Ate cone.  To McDonald’s.  Got fries.  Came to Marissa.  Tim followed us.  To Rachel’s.  She came along.  Dropped me off.  Brenda here (left).  Called Jeremy.  Talked to Nissa. 

Monday, April 3, 1989

Jill babysat at Cannings’.  No school (parent-teacher conferences).  Mom worked.  Dad ate with Mom at Sparta.  Nissa called, came by (I slept).  Called around 12:30pm.  I got up.  We talked.  Got ready.  Dad got home.  Jeremy and Nissa (in her car) got me around 1:30pm.  To Belleville.  Rained.  I looked at “Vogue.”  She paid some on prom dress.  Jeremy drove rest of the day.  To the Mall.  To Pass pets, Walden, ate at Sbarro’s, to Wisriewski Bros (Nissa got book (I have it), saw Barb F).  On to Mr Donut.  Jeremy, Nissa in fight.  Over it.  Ate 2 donuts.  Came home.  Some roads flooded.  On curve before Lenzburg, flooded, splashed on windshield, Jeremy couldn’t see, almost hit stalled car.  We stopped.  Pushed her car to side of road.  Drove her home.  She gave us $10 (to Jeremy).  Nissa and I in back.  Came home.  Came in.  Called Jeremy.  Jeremy accepted to West Point.  Nissa sad.  She came over.  Talked till 2:10pm.  She left.  Ate.  Jeremy got me.  To Nissa’s to do homework.  Looked at Who’s Who with Nissa.  Jeremy brought me home around 10pm.  Oh, tornado hoy.  Dad said waterbed shook and walls were weaving.  Next door’s porch blew off of trailer.

Sunday, April 2, 1989

Up around 10am.  Drove to Granite (in rain).  Wore yellow glasses.  Heard “Reckoning.”  To hospital.  Saw Grandma.  Kind of mentally sick, not too bad though, tired, etc.  To 6^th floor.  Went back down.  Virgie came in, left.  We went to McDonald’s, ate.  Back.  Wilburn and Wilma came.  We all left.  Drove us home.  Called Jeremy, Darrin, Nissa, etc to look at T-Bird.  Guy not home.  Went to Harry’s.  Had Jimmy’s 10^th birthday party.  Ate, etc.  Darrin came over with Deengelbury tape.  Jeremy, Nissa came too.  Kay too.  Watched the tape.  Good.  Harry went to DeAnn’s.  Darrin rode around.  Jeremy and Jimmy played bubbles.  Darrin came back.  Rode around.  To Jeremy’s.  Aaron came up.  Cruised to Sparta.  Got die.  Darrin’s new tape deck in car is great!  To Coleman’s.  To Shelly’s.  Talked for a while.  Tim there.  Took Nissa home.  Went to Jeremy’s.  Harry came up.  To Harry’s.  To Nissa’s.  Harry, Jeremy and I to Harry’s.  To Jeremy’s for pipe.  Met Aaron and Darrin at spot again.   Harry, Jeremy and I in Harry’s car “writing” a song.  Jeremy left.  To Harry’s.  Darrin took me home around 3am.  Dad told me not to be late again!  Ate.  To bed.
