Mom left early.  Jeremy got me.  Got Nissa.  Got mid-upper 60’s hoy.  Nice!  To school.  No Scholar Bowl.  To home room.  Reviewed/had study hour in Government.  Wrote Darrin TAYE notes. Got long left-hand ring-finger nail.  Jeremy dressed nice.  Read aloud in Lit, I copied Physics.  Doing sports in Spanish.  Did problems in Physics.  John Marz for lunch. Tim sick.  Jill came home at lunch (via Grandma) sick.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  Tim kept falling asleep.  Played hockey.  Fun.  Lost at last second 3-2.  Got dressed.  Rode with Darrin.  Got home.  Dad here, then left.  I opened my window.  Printed TAYE report (about TAYE raise).  Watched TV.  Started 1^st walkie-talkie.  Had troubles.  Jill wouldn’t talk in one to test it, so I threw them and broke them.  Studied Government.  Ate 2 pizzas.  Called Jeremy.  At school doing newspaper.  Supposed to take journal to him and brief him.  Mom got home around 7pm.  Got perm.  Made appointment for haircut tomorrow after school.  Finished 1^st walkie-talkie.  Gonna go to bed.  Darrin at Blues game.  Go Blues!  Rah-rah-rah!  Have Physics and Government tests manana.  Put in another 100W bulb, now 2 bulbs.  Cleaned lamp-glass-thing.  It’s too bright in here now!  Gonna read other entries now, so bye.  Oh, supposed to be getting’ an Alaskan cold front any day now (in Alaska around -80 degees).  It’ll get around 0 degrees here.

Jeremy took me to school.  To Scholar Bowl.  To home room.  Got “A” on Government test.  Took notes.  Got “A” on Huck Finn.  Saw dumb filmstrips.  Got candy.  Got “A” in Spanish, did work.  Mike broke Brad’s hair-bill.  Bri asked about “billards” (pool), funny!  Band practice not Wed but Fri now.  Did problems in Physics.  Had hamburger for lunch (on class A).  Copied Jeremy’s Prob & Stats.  Sat by Nissa.  To Prob & Stats, turned in homework.  Got 45 out of 41, “A”.  People gone all hour taking pictures for clubs.  I’m in Scholar Bowl one.  6^th hour study hall (Coleman gone).  Jody has big bruise on arm.  Prigge teacher.  Talked with Nissa.  Jeremy and I to Mrs D’s.  Jill in class.  Got Jeremy’s senior will.  Got back.  Rode home with Darrin and dropped Jason S off at trailer.  Got in.  Dad goes to school in afternoons now.  Slept for around 15 minutes.  Ate.  Discovered headset walkie-talkies (tomorrow!).  Mom home.  Jeremy got me around 5:45pm in car.  Last time to ride in it, they’re getting a Caravan manana.  Did Physics homework.  Red Bud at Scholar Bowl.  Mike there.  Sat in band hall laughing.  Harry, Tasha, Jeremy, Nissa and Aaron started.  Jen E in after Aaron.  Me in for Harry at half, Mike for Jen.  Mike was mad, didn’t answer.  Susan B for me.  Talked to Harry and DeAnn.  Wade, Mark there.  Accidentally stole my name tag.  Jeremy dropped me off.  Nissa’s always putting Jeremy down.  I’d say they’re at DefCon 4.  Called Darrin.  Called Tim.  Darrin got me.  To Tilden.  He washed car.  Dropped me off.  He got cork for sax.  I ate 2 hamburgers, fries.  Can’t wait to do walkie-talkies tomorrow.  Oh, well.  Guess I’ll see you.  Bye.  Oh, watching AMA 16.  We lost Scholar Bowl 193-189.  Jeremy spelled kaleidoscope wrong.  Said date instead of data base.  Close game.

Woke up around 9:15am.  Jeremy got ready for Sunday school.  Jeremy left.  Darrin and I got ready.  Jeremy’s mom made us breakfast, but we left.  Darrin dropped me off around 10:10am.  Mom and Dad ate breakfast out.  FG called.  Took shower.  Ate.  Got stuff ready around 11:30am.  Darrin got me, then Mark.  To Darrin’s.  Brad set up.  Harry came.  Shawn came.  Mr Salanik came.  Jay S came.  It was cool!  Taped some.  Shawn left around 12:30pm.  Learned “Cryin’”, “Summertime Blues”, “Louie, Louie”, “Wild Thing” and “Heartbreak Hotel.”  We played till 3:30/4pm.  Salanik left around 2:30/3pm.  To Harry’s.  Dubbed the tape for Harry and FG.  Harry brought me home.  FG got tape.  Ate.  Darrin came over.  I had headache and tired!  Played songs for Mom.  To Darrin’s.  Got stereo.  Talked to Gwen.  To Sparta.  Sang.  Ate at McDonald’s.  Came home around 6pm.  Grandma and Grandpa here.  Watched TV.  Fell asleep till 6:50pm.  Ate baloney, chips.  Lisa, Amy over.  Played songs for Grandma, Grandpa, Dad, Jill and Amy.  Did TAYE.  Got walkie-talkies out.  Watched TV.  Gonna watched “Ghostbusters” and sleep!

Joe called around 9am.  He came over.  His house flea-bombed.  We worked with electronics in garage until 11:30am.  Came in.  Watched “Mark Twain” claymation.  Ate spaghetti.  Mom and Brenda to JC Penney.  Joe and I walked around rock piles.  Tim, David W playing hoop.  Joe left around 1:30pm.  I worked with electronics.  Darrin called.  Called Jeremy.  Ate pizza.  Watched TV.  Juanita did Jill’s hair.  Everyone to basketball game.  Darrin played in band and came over here around 8:45pm.  Tried to make “Challenger” certificate (3 years ago!).  Did TAYE.  Showed electronics, etc.  Everyone called around 9:30pm.  Got dark clothes on.  Brenda over.  Got Harry.  Got Joe.  To Darrin’s.  Darrin got dark clothes on.  To Jeremy’s.  Nissa there.  Got home.  Finally, Joe, Jeremy, Harry, Darrin and I were the “Circus Phorce”!  Looked for sumpin’ to do.  Parked at Shelley P’s house.  Walked to REC.  Dark, rather cool night.  Misty out.  Went from hole 6 (turned flag upside-down) to 7 (turned flag) to 8 (flag) to 2 (flag).  Then walked by clubhouse by covered picnic area by beach.  Then saw 2 cars at clubhouse.  We did spy stuff.  All touched the water.  Jeremy and I went farthest on the beach and heard alien noises and guy at mini-golf.  Harry freaked out and panicked.  Finally, the 2 cars left.  Then back to Shelley’s.  Started raining.  Dropped Harry and Joe at Harry’s.  To my house.  Door locked.  Dad worked on bug for 2 hours, half done.  To Jeremy’s.  Watched MTV.  Read Time-Life weird books.  I fell asleep around 3am on the floor. Darrin in Dave’s room, Jeremy on bed.  Heard KLOU.

Drove Jill.  No Scholar Bowl.  To home room.  Studied Government.  Took test in Government.  Wrote 6.5 sides.  Had “Huck” test.  Studied Prob & Stats.  Spanish test.  Worksheet.  Translation.  Problems in Physics.  Studied Prob & Stats.  Hotdog, chick soup, chips for lunch.  All studied Prob & Stats.  Took Prob & Stats test.  Easy, short.  Aaron whispered answers to me.  6^th hour study hall in gym (Mr Wilson).  Did Government.  Talked w/group.  Drove Joe home. Got electronic stuff.  Took Jill, Amy, Lisa here.  Harry came by.  Played guitar.  Harry took us to Jeremy’s.  Played outside, etc.  Joe and I on roof.  Nissa, Barb came by.  Played sports.  Played with silly, ancient skates.  Funness!  Nissa read.  Harry left. Then Nissa left.  Played pool. Jeremy took Barb, me home.  Ate hamburger, fries.  Mom to somewhere with Brenda and Dennis.  Home now.  Darrin got me around 6:30pm, then Jeremy and Nissa.  Cashed check in Sparta.  Ate at Hardees.  Got new Goon Guns!  Home.  Watched TV at Jeremy’s.  Darrin left.  Nissa took me home around midnight.  Didn’t have to report in.

Slow morning.  Dad went to school around noon.  Jeremy got me.  Got to school.  To Scholar Bowl.  To home room.  Had Government to prepare for Declaration of Independence test.  Darrin and I wrote notes.  Did “Huck” in Lit.  We talked.  Did two worksheets.  Gotta go to Prob & Stats review, I’ll get back later…

It’s 11:15pm now.  Did problems on board, notes in Physics.  Turkey/gravy for lunch.  Sat by Nissa.  She gives Jeremy and me candy.  Joe, Harry mad.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  6^th hour study hall.  Did nuthin’.  Copied Government notes for Tim after school.  Told Mrs Ascherman I couldn’t come to Scholar Bowl game in Central.  Darrin brought me home.  Amy, Lisa over.  Ate pizza.  Read “Huck Finn”, first 11 chapters from 3-5pm.  Mom got home.  Studied Spanish.  Played guitar.  Kay came over.  We ate pizza.  Grandma and Grandpa came over.  Grandpa’s birthday.  Doolittles (but Little Harry) down.  Tim came in.  Darrin came.  Ate cake.  Everyone left.  Darrin and I studied “Huck” and Government for Dec of Ind test.  Brenda, Lisa and baby came over.  Played on phones.  Darrin left around 9pm.  Jeremy called.  Called Tim, Barb.  Tim got me, Barb.  To Jeremy’s.  Studied Prob & Stats till 11pm.  Fun.  My wrist sore.  Ate soda, gum.  Got home.  Gonna sleep now.  Got Government, Lit, Spanish, Prob & Stats tests manana.  Only worried about Prob & Stats.  Oh, well.  Most studied night this year.  So, bye!  Oh, we lost in Scholar Bowl (2xx-1xx).

Dark out.  Drove Jill around 7:50am.  Dad home sick (flu).  To Scholar Bowl.  Mugs came in.  To home room.  Turned in letters, sections 3 and 4.  Took notes.  Had speaker for English, lady from Sanford-Brown.  Analytic, driver, etc test.  Barb talked to me in Spanish.  Did worksheet.  Had homework.  Did problems in Physics.  Spaghetti for lunch.  Brenda sat with us.  Laughed all hour.  She played footsy with me.  She thinks Nissa and I are going out.  Mike gone.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  Misc in PE.  Practiced basketball.  Laughed at Jeff.  Poured ALL day.  Drove Jill, Amy home.  Did Spanish worksheet.  Watched TV.  Made files 03, 04 for TAYE.  Wrote words to some of “Best of Darrin and Jason.”  Mom got home.  Went shopping.  Jill baked cake.  Snacked all evening.  Darrin got me around 7:40pm.  To Harry’s.  DeAnn there.  Got microphone.  Talked to Juanita.  To Criminal Road.  Darrin ran ½ mile (supposed to be a mile) in 5 minutes.  I sang.  Came back to Darrin’s.  To Handee Mart.  Riding around.  Talked to Rachel C and Rachel R.  Singing summore.  Dropped me off around 9pm.  Ate 2 hamburgers and fries.  FCA meeting at 8pm.  Guess that’s about all.

Tired.  Had bad nuclear war dream last night.  Mom drove.  Jeremy got me.  By Nissa’s, already at school.  Jeremy to Scholar Bowl.  Talked to Aaron.  Skipped Scholar Bowl.  Read Government in home room.  Darrin gone.  He got physical, signed into National Guard.  Back around 4pm.  Got tests back in Government.  Turned in questions.  Took notes.  Did Prob & Stats (copied Nissa’s) in Lit.  Did “Huck Finn.”  Did Spanish worksheet.  Got worksheet at end.  Did problems in Physics.  Hamburger for lunch.  Ketchup pax, white milk. Notes in Prob & Stats.  6^th hour, sat at different table.  Did Spanish worksheet.  Rode home with Jeremy.  He stopped and kicked Scott out of the truck.  Went to my house.  Got ready.  To Jeremy’s.  Watched “Gumby.”  Harry came over.  Then Nissa.  Did homework.  Nissa left.  We played Frisbee outside.  Snuck food.  Looked at college stuff.  Darrin called.  Played pool.  Carried in groceries.  Darrin came over.  Played pool.  Harry left.  Watched “Beastmaster.”  Darrin brought me home.  Did Government sections, letter.  Ate pizza.  Dad came home early.  Sick with flu. Watching spy show.  Guess I’ll go.

Watching “Day After”… Drove Jill.  Talked to Aaron.  No Scholar Bowl.  Gave English to everyone.  Tired study hall.  Had Government test.  Easy.  Read “Huck Fin” in Lit.  Did worksheet and ex 1 in Spanish.  Danford gone.  Made Honest Cal II commercial in Physics.  Pizza for lunch.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  Our team lost in PE.  Took shower.  Drove home (late).  Washed hair in bathroom.  Got ready.  Got Joe at school.  To Harry’s.  Recorded Honest Cal II (Jeremy and Nissa) there.  Got to high school.  To Wesclin.  Lost 188-109.  Sad.  Biased lady.  To Moto Mart.  Talked about cereals.  Harry brought me home.  Ate chicken, fries.  3 at Belleville.  Got Government.

Up around 8:45am.  Mom drove me and Jill to Granite.  Jill and I stayed at Grandma’s, Mom to church.  Grandma’s birthday (81).  They got back.  They 3 to eat, K-Mart, etc.  They got home.  Ate 2 hamburgers, large fries, cake.  Mom called Carol.  Came home.  Saw diesel exploded on highway.  Sept from Eckert’s.  Ate.  Darrin came over.  Played guitar.  Talked O.R.L.  Super Bowl 23 (?).  Studied Government.  Did English.  Saw Juanita’s pictures.  Drove around.  Saw ambulance at Gas-n-Grab.  Came home.  Brenda here.  Borrowed Tim’s vocab.  Saw cool green van. 

Short, tired weekend.  Gotta give Tim’s vocab back, study government summore.  Oh, Doolittles got new ’85 black LTD yesterday.  It’s awesome.  Dad burned rubber.  Gray car’s little Harry’s now.

Up around 11am.  Mom worked till 2:30pm.  Ate.  Jimmy over.  Called Jeremy.  Can’t remember.  Mom and Dad to Brenda’s.  Went to Jeremy’s.  Watched “Throw Mama.”  Joe with Dave A.  Harry at hockey game.  Nissa came over.  Then Darrin.  Looked at maps for Meramec Trip.  Came home around midnight.  Slept.

Jeremy drove me.  Wore Sr shirt.  Reviewed in Government.  Vocab in English.  Test in Spanish.  Fish for lunch.  Notes in Prob & Stats.  Our PE team (Nissa, Jeremy, me, etc) lost twice.  Jeremy mad.  Rode home with Darrin.  Mom, Dad and Brenda to Belleville.  Dad saw Russian rocket explode.  Inaugural Day.  Now President Bush!  Rode to Sparta with Darrin and Jeremy.  Got $5 money order, no cashed check.  To hospital.  Mailed engine order.  Saw Billy Jo.  Dehydrated/pregnant.  To Hardees.  Ice cream.  To Jeremy’s.  Did something.  Home around midnight.

Drove Darrin.  Heard original “Hog.”  Got to school.  To Scholar Bowl.  To home room.  To Government.  Took notes.  He called on me, I missed the answer.  Don’t like it!  To Lit.  Got worksheet.  Dumb.  Spanish, reviewed.  He stood on stool. Darrin and I wrote Ermise notes. Saw planets movie in Physics. KOOOL!  Harry and DeAnn mad.  To lunch.  Mike took pictures.  Harry and DeAnn sat mad.  Took Stats to lunch.  Sat by Nissa and Tim.  Had chicken.  Nissa gonna get $84 painting.  To Stats.  Took notes, Harry mad.  Study hall 6^th hour.  Rachel C, Harry, Jeremy, Darrin, Joe, Barb B, Michelle G and Nissa signed my Stats folder.  Got new volleyball teams, good!  On Nissa’s team.  Drove to Darrin’s.  He called Sparta bank.  Talked about TAYE.  Watched “Gumby” and Bugs Bunny.  Took him to work.  Got home.  Jill played tennis.  Watched TV, snacked.  Printed File 02 (TAYE).  Mom got home.  Had hamburger, potatoes, green beans, carrot lump.  I ate very little, and roll.  Called Darrin.  He went to Blues game with Mr Rushing.  Did some vocab.  Worked on TAYE’s budget (in debt).  Mom and Dad in New Athens.  Jill baking brownies.  I snuck a bowl of cereal.  Played “Arm It” fer Jill.  Gonna sleep now.

Tired today.  Wore itchy gray sweater.  Jeremy got me around 7:50pm.  Mom drove Jill.  To Scholar Bowl.  To home room.  Got letter info (Jim Edgar) and Government (gotta read ch 1 and know 10 vocabs).  Went over quizzes in English.  About all.  Learned stuff in Spanish.  Took questions and goofed in Physics.  Movie manana.  APP for lunch.  Took notes in Prob & Stats.  Played volleyball (Shawn McS, Jeff T, David W, Dia W and me) on team.  I didn’t like it.  Dressed.  Rode home with Darrin in truck (his car’s getting fixed).  To Harry’s.  Got phone split.  Darrin had recruiter at his house.  I hooked phone up in my room.  Cool. Jill at Lisa’s.  Dad at Sparta.  Learned “Armageddon It.”  Joe too.  Watched TV, ate.  Jeremy got me around 5:40pm.  Got Nissa (in car).  To school.  Dupo bus got there after us.  Put stuff in lockers.  Dupo had 35+ Scholar Bowlians.  Watched 2 JV.  Aaron, Nissa, Jeremy, Josh and Harry (I replaced Aaron second half).  We won 301-147.  I answered a couple.  Came to my house after.  Showed Jeremy and Nissa my phone.  Sat and talked till 9:40pm.  Too trash to truck.  Jeremy brought me home.  Put car up.  Ate supper.  Mom shopped.  Still have Prob & Stats to do.  Some.

Retired black pencil, using new yellow one.  Warm (around 60 degrees).  Drove Jill (heard “Sweet Child”, “Hog” (Pheonix)).  No Scholar Bowl.  Talked to Jeremy and Nissa.  Regular home room.  To Government.  It’s my Con Ed class.  Had Jerry Costello come in (and Vollert’s, Mombrum’s classes).  Harry in Con Ed.  Aaron in PE 1^st hour.  Jeremy teacher aid.  Then to College Prep.  Me, Aaron, Darrin, Harry, Jeremy, Michelle G, Becky, Barb and Brad P are veterans.  Then around 6 came in (small class!).  Saw Angie McC.  To Spanish.  Gained Janet C, Tim C, Missy C and Lori L.  He was in goofy mood.  Had book and worksheet.  Notes in Physics.  Talked about planets, etc.  Got homework.  Fish for lunch.  Jeremy poked Joe’s eye.  Nissa there.  Darrin in band.  Brad P there.  Brenda sat at our table.  Tim too.  To Prob & Stats.  Mike M gone.  Lectured.  Took notes.  Sat in groups in PE.  Threw right shoes at Jeff T (Joe, Jeremy, Harry, Darrin, Brad P and I).  Nissa there.  Bobby F played “hackey-cone.”  Jeremy took Scott home and Joe to Harry’s.  I dropped DeAnn off.  To Harry’s.  Went upstairs.  I found phone and disk clipper (he borrowed them).  Grandma cleaning.  Jimmy playing Nintendo.  Joe, Jeremy, Harry and I played Summer Games.  Grandma and Jimmy left.  Jeremy took Joe home, I left around 5pm.  Got home.  Tore up Darrin’s phone stuff.  Mom got home.  They 3 to White Lantern.  Darrin called: bugs came in.  He came over.  I ate.  We looked at bugs.  Dad said he’d help us.  Went in my room.  Jeremy came over.  Gave me cord from Wal-Mart ($3.44).  He left.  Did O.R.L.  Made headset phone with Harry’s.  Darrin left around 8pm (on scooter).  Mom and Dad at Handee Mart.  I tested phone in living room on Jeremy and Darrin.  Juanita and Jimmy came in.  Mom and Dad came home.  Mom called Wilma about Grandma Hancock.  I fixed phone up.  Jimmy and Juanita gone.  Just talked to Jill.  Got Physics to do (Tim’s called twice)!  Got phone-set on.  Guess I’ll go.  Oh, Nissa and Kerrie getting along again.

Up around 11am.  Typed File 01.  Joe called.  Showered.  Ate pizza rolls.  Darrin got me and Joe around 12:30pm. Got deco # at Handee-Mart.  Asked UPS man.  Played Masterpiece at Darrin’s till 3pm.  Darrin took us home.  I messed with electronics (Darrin’s phone, etc).  Got electric box now.  Mom got 10 copies of order form.  Got engine order ready.  Mom and Dad to Sparta.  Ate chicken samich.  Jeremy got me around 7pm, and Joe.  To Austins’.  Joe got art pin.  To Darrin’s.  Watched bloopers tape.  Nissa came in.  Joe fell on me from stairs, I accidentally hit him in the stomach.  Sorry Joe!  Jeremy took Joe home.  Nissa brought me home.  Nissa to Jeremy’s now.  I’m gonna make phone headset manana with upstairs phone.

Up around 11am.  Darrin called.  Mom, Dad with Dennis, Brenda driving.  Showered.  Painted/decaled Shuttle.  Ate pizza.  Darrin came over around 5pm.  Aaron came over.  Talked.  Aaron left.  Darrin and I to Darrin’s.  Got CB’s.  Came home with Aaron.  Hooked CB up in room.  Nothing.  Aaron left.  Darrin and I watched misc (cartoons, Star Wars, etc) tape.  He left around 11:15pm.  Jeremy with Nissa watching “Popeye.”

Up around 9am.  Dad drove, in truck, to Granite.  Layer of sleet out (melted today).  Hooked VCR’s together.  Dubbed.  Darrin called.  Took off work:  sick!  Painted Space Shuttle.  Dubbed “Beetlejuice.”  Aaron came over.  Drove to Jeremy’s.  Watched TV.  Played “Therapy.”  Drove home around 6:15pm.  Ate.  Jeremy got me around 7:15pm.  Joe there.  Went to Joe’s.  Jeremy drove us to Aaron’s in Joe’s parents’ car.  Got Aaron.  Went to Jeremy’s.  Played pool.  Watched TV.

Up around 8:15am, couldn’t sleep.  Showered.  Called Darrin around 10am.  Harry called around 10:30am.  Walked up to Harry’s with guitar and amp.  Talked to Darrin.  Played music.  Darrin got there around 12:30pm.  Taped “Sweet Child”, “Hog”, “We Got the Beat.”  Darrin tired/sick.  I got headache, tired, hungry, sore throat from singing.  Brad P showed up.  And DeAnn.  Brad left.  Darrin and I left around 2:05pm.  Went to place in country.  Found my blue comb.  Came home.  Watched “Gumby.”  Ate pizza, chips.  Tried to sleep a little.  Aaron called.  Jeremy called.  Said he had fun (tell ya later).  Sarah over.  Watched TV.  Mom got home.  Ate mac and cheese and fish.  Grandma and Grandpa over.  Harry went to basketball game.  Brenda came in.  Mom and Brenda to Venture.  I rode to Sparta with Darrin in his truck to cash his check.  Ate at Hardees.  Saw Scott H.  Got sundae and cone for $.72.  Went to Jeremy’s.  Watched some TV.  His parents came in.  Darrin left.  Jeremy and I talked in his room.  Nissa came over around 9:50pm.           I got coat and came home.  Mom just got home.  I’m gonna dub tapes now.  Supposed to snow/sleet a little in the morning and tomorrow.  Well, goodnight and bye.

Up around 7:30am.  Called Darrin around 8am.  Drove to Darrin’s around 8:30am.  Watched TV.  He got ready.  He left to take semesters.  I waited for the bugs.  Aaron and Jeremy came over.  Watched “Mr Rogers” and “Zoobilee Zoo.”  Billi (pregnant) and Hannah came over.  Billi cleaned.  Aaron went home, Jeremy too, me too.  Ate Hardees roast beef, fries, etc.  Called Darrin.  He had to babysit till he worked.  Called Jeremy.  Drove to Jeremy’s.  Joe and he catching football.  Went in.  Watched “Gumby.”  Nissa came over.  Nissa left.  Watched edited “Stripes.”  Took Joe home around 5:45pm.  Stopped by Roots.  Still no bugs.  Oh, Aaron was at Jeremy’s.  I got home.  Ate baked potato.  Jeremy went to Carbondale with Barb and Nissa.  Anyway, Aaron called.  He and Darrin came over around 7:10pm.  Joe busy.  Harry got joystick from FS-2000 around 7pm.  Jimmy and Juanita down.  Finally left.  Darrin drove, Aaron in back.  Rachel C had wrecked a car, so she couldn’t go anywhere.  Darrin cleaned car at laundry mat.  Went to gate by the dump.  Drove thru town.  Went to gate again.  Drove around town.  Went out past big hill by high school (on way to Laurie’s).  We each signed Darrin’s Spanish book.  Dropped comb outside.  Went to Darrin’s (his car overheated).  Got in Aaron’s truck.  Went by Shelly M’s.  Tim there.  Aaron went in.  Darrin and I snuck around house.  I jumped on trampoline.  Then tons of people came out.  Talked to Brad P and Tim.  Fell off trampoline.  Went in with everyone.  Jenny P and Shelly M there.  Met Angie M (going here next semester).  Jenny and I played checkers.  People there: Me, Darrin, Aaron, Tim, Shelly, Jenny, Angie, Jody C, Fred M, Scott S, Chris S, Shawn H and Brad P.  Then we left.  Got to cattle gates.  Everyone left when Kurt and Lyle showed up.  We 5 talked.  I slept standing up.  Finally left.  Back by Shelly’s.  Everyone there.  Aaron took me home.  Wrote Mom note saying I’ll be home around 1am.  Jody C, Fred and Shawn got me.  Took me to Shelly’s.  Most people gone.  Watched “Nightmare IV”.  I slept.  Brad took Darrin, me and Shawn home around 1:40am.  Got in.   Changed clothes.  Reported in.  Went straight to sleep hearing Oldies.

Jeremy took me.  No Scholar Bowl.  Talked with Jeremy and Nissa.  Darrin took ASVAB.  Came 5^th hour.  Got 100% in Con Ed.  Tim and I talked.  Turned in books.  Goofed off in Lit with Aaron.  Mark’s last day.  Mr Salanik had rip in pants.  Did worksheet and book translation.  Ok.  Got 9,700+ calculator presses, then messed up.  Reviewed for semester in Physics.  Ate grilled ham and cheese and Cheetohs (Nissa’s).  Joe and I had food-in-ear war.  Truced.  Jeremy and I looked at mags in study hall.  Darrin showed up.   Ate “fart pills”!  Had 6^th hour study hall.  Tired.  Almost slept.  Nissa read.  Gave Barb not after school.  Rode with Darrin.  Got home.  Played guitar.  Watched TV.  Dad got home.  Mom got home.  Mom got Jill at Lisa’s.  Kinda rained.  Ate bologna and fries.  Called Darrin.  Joe at Harry’s studying.  Darrin came by.  Went to Jeremy’s.  Jeremy studied.  Nissa came by.  Talked about summer trip.  Watched “Night Court”.  Tired!  Darrin brought me home around 9pm.  Mom went shopping.  Dad just got home (?).  Oh, bugs tomorrow, yeh!

Darrin got me around 8am.  Got to school.  Scholar Bowl over.  To home room.  Harry and DeAnn at it.  Jeremy grouchy in home room.  Took quiz (cheated) in Con Ed.  Showed her my (Mike B’s) tax unit, turned in extra credit.  Talked rest of hour.  Took ACT-type test in Lit (Cant Tales).  Mark rolled doobies with pencil shavings.  Did worksheet, stuff in Spanish.  Reviewed in Physics.  I drew.  Hotdog, chicken noodle soup for lunch.  Quiet lunch.  Tired, headache.  Graded papers in study hall for Mrs. D.  Played volleyball in PE.  My team (me, John S, Tina C, Lucy F) lost big-time twice!  Talked to Nissa for a bit.  Rode home with Scott and Darrin.  Got home.  Ate with Jill.  Watched TV, slept.  Up around 4:20pm.  Got ready.  Aaron got me around 4:35pm.  Went to school.  Went in.  Waited for Jeremy and Nissa.  Got on bus.  Aaron had Walkman with G&R Lies.  Nissa and Jeremy sat together.  I held coat and lights (briefcase).  Tiring.  Got to Carlyle (almost died at 4-way).  Small room.  Watched freshmen, junior varsity, then us.  I played till half.  Didn’t answer any (all lit and history).  Replaced with Susan B.  Last 6 questions I replaced Susan B.  Lost 240-110 (or something).  Stopped by McDonald’s.  Didn’t eat.  Sat with Jeremy, Nissa and Aaron.  Got on bus.  Talked to Jeremy and Nissa all the way home.  Talked about singing Friday, we sang “Honest Cal”, talked about school, etc.  Got home.  Went in school.  Rode home with Aaron and DeAnn.  Aaron stopped at Gas-n-Grab.  Got home around 9:10pm.  Darrin called.  Ate ravioli and crackers.  Full, tired.  Darrin gone (ASVAB) manana. 

Monday, January 9, 1989

Tired.  Not much sleep last night.  Mom drove.  Darrin got me around 8am.  Glenn gave me crosswords and his.  Got there as bell rang.  Copied crosswords in home room.  Did notebooks, crosswords in Con Ed.  Read “Cant Tales” aloud in Lit.  We goofed around in back (handshakes, farts, spit on records, read with others, etc).  When we left, we made animal sounds.  Kracked me up!  Kendra gone.  Did worksheets and book problems in Spanish.  Went over test, reviewed for semesters in Physics.  Ate hamburger and fries for lunch.  Nissa sat with us.  They set up for blood drive.  Went to study hall.  Talked till 1pm.  Decided to give blood.  Got there.  Filled out form, got temp (97.8), blood pressure, blood test, bag, forms, gave blood, weird.  I was nervous!  Didn’t hurt though.  Had Laurie behind and left of me with problems.  Aaron on right.  Darrin facing me.  Not light-headed or nothin’!  Ate some pretzels with orange juice.  Talked to Harry in gym.  Aaron and Darrin got towels on their heads.  After school, Darrin left.  Joe, Jeremy and Harry gave blood.  Nissa and I talked.  Mr Salanik, Slagley and Smith there giving blood.  Salanik nervous.  Nissa and I watched the needle go in Jeremy.  Jeremy got pale and had to have feet tilted and rag over face.  We all ate for a while.  Lisa came in.  Jeremy took Joe and me home.  I watched TV.  Grandma came down.  Mom got home.  Grandma and Grandpa over.  Ate pizza.  Doing homework.  Did Con Ed ch 16 outline, story, got taxes in folder.  Gotta study (Darrin gave me answers to quiz manana).  Tim got my outline.  Gotta read “Cant Tales.”  I’m tired, so bye!

School’s ok.  Nice dreams last night.  Mom woke me around 12pm.  Darrin called.  Talked to him till around 12:20pm.  Showered.  Ate Shake-n-Bake pork chops, corn, bread late.  Worked on Shuttle.  Wire came loose inside.  Darrin came over.  Got guitar and amp.  By Darrin’s.  Got his sax (Jimmy bent the neck ($100)).  Went by Mr Anderton’s.  Darrin got 2 reeds.  Elvis’ birthday.  Mom, Dad, Brenda and Dennis somewhere.  Mom borrowed $9.  To Harry’s.  Learned “Louie, Louie” and “We Got the Beat.”  Played “Hog.”  Left around 5pm.  Came home.  Darrin left.  Painted some of Shuttle.  Messed up the fin!  Ate chicken samich and fries.  Mom and Dad got home.  Darrin came over around 7:15pm.  Glenn came over.  Gave him my crossword puzzles (Con Ed).  Darrin and I listened to 50’s and 60’s songs.  Talked to Mom and Dad for half an hour about Vietnam, etc.  Tim Called.  Got Con Ed notebook done.  Darrin left.  Ate dry Grapenuts.  Did this.  Gonna do TAYE now.  Tired.  Small headache.  Can’t wait for bugs.  Guess that’s all.

Up around 10am (earnest).  Fell asleep.  Woke up.  Fell asleep, etc.  Finally, Jeremy took Joe and me home around 12:30pm.  Showered.  Mom got home from work.  Watched TV.  Slept.  Aaron called around 3pm.  Worked on “Defiance.”  Mom and Dad to Handee Mart.  Rained a little.  Got up to 65 degrees.  Hamburger and fries for supper.  Darrin called.  Came over around 6:20pm.  Juanita over.  Darrin and I to Darrin’s.  Ordered bugs C.O.D. (should be here Thursday).  To Jeremy’s.  Aaron there.  Joe showed up.  Oh, David left for Carbondale.  Watched videos.  Ate popcorn.  Called for a survey.  Darrin left around 9:15pm.  Hooked VCR up in Jeremy’s room.  Watched “Beetlejuice” and “Arthur 2.”  Smoked incense thru workout pipes.  Showed sleep positions.  Got Shuttle almost done.  Aaron dropped Joe and me off around 11:30pm.  Tired.  Getting cold and windy.  Harry saw “Tequila Sunrise” with DeAnn.

Darrin took me to school.  Got senior key in home room.  Discussed ch 16 in Con Ed.  Read “Cant Tales” aloud.  We 5 did Con Ed crossword.  Spanish quiz.  Watched our Xmas show (supposed to be reading hour).  Got my Xmas show tape.  Watched movies in Physics.  Danford in a good mood.  Lights were being replaced.  APP for lunch.  Brenda stole Tim’s corduroy jacket.  We laughed!  Studied volleyball rules in study hall.  Test over volleyball in commons 6^th hour.  Darrin and I sat at a table.  Cheated.  To Mr Prigge about calling info (BBB).  Jeremy and Nissa talked.  Harry, Barb, Michelle G, Aaron and Shelly M talked.  Rainy, misty (not bad).  Jeremy took DeAnn and Harry home.  Then to Joe’s.  To Jeremy’s.  Watched VCR tapes and TV.  Jeremy got Nissa.  Darrin called.  Jeremy took me to school (for bug info).  Then to Handee Mart.  Then took me and Joe home around 4:45pm.  Watched TV.  Mom got home.  They to Belleville (with Brenda).  Got Teleflite info.  To Sparta with Darrin in truck.  Got home.  Watched TV all evening alone.  Jill, Darrin, Harry, Joe and Aaron to basketball game.  Jeremy and Nissa to “Rain Man” (Jeremy almost cried).  Mom and Dad got home.  Jill too.  Did Con Ed crossword.  Super-tired.  Jeremy called around 11pm.  Joe walked to Jeremy’s.  Harry got me around midnight.  To Jeremy’s.  Jeremy took Nissa home.  We 3 went to “fire.”  All got home.  Told them about the bugs.  Ate pizza.  Talked about baseball.  Downstairs.  Aaron was in Dave’s room.  We watched videos.  Then Aaron and Dave came in.  Harry left around 3:30am.  Aaron left around 4am.  Dave to bed.  Jeremy and I cleaned up kitchen and bedroom.  Joe slept on the bed.  We finally got settled around 4:30am.  Slept on floor.

Rained hard all day.  Dad in school.  Mom drove.  Rode with Darrin.  To Scholar Bowl.  Had blood drive assembly in home room (juniors and seniors).  Wore new belt buckle.  Took quiz in Con Ed.  Yelled at.  Read ch 16 in class.  Got crosswords and project.  Took Henry quiz in Lit.  Had pine needles.  Started “Canterbury Tales.”  Left early.  Reviewed in Spanish.  Did 2 worksheets.  Had Physics test.  Then did TAYE (ran something to office for Danford).  Cut in line.  Ate ravioli.  Got Nissa’s candy.  Study hall, got suckers.  Did Con Ed.  Found $30 bugs.  6^th hour study hall in commons.  Jeremy and Nissa sat together.  Darrin to office to Gwen.  Talked about bugs.  Rode home with Scott, ?, and Darrin.  Hooked electrical system up in Shuttle.  Watched TV (about us shooting Lybia).  Mom came home.  Got Jill at Lisa’s.  Cashed $18.50 check from Darrin.  Ate beef.  Jeremy and Nissa got me for Scholar Bowl.  Aaron there.  Played 25 questions, then Aaron replaced me.  Score: 169-44 (we lost).  Rode to Darrin’s.  Darrin at Lisa’s.  To Lisa’s.  Talked there.  Jeremy dropped me off.  Started studying.  Aaron came in.  Darrin came by.  Got gas tank.  To Handee Mart in Darrin’s car.  Saw Mom and Dad.  Got chewy Sweet Tarts.  Then to Aaron’s truck by old high school.  Filled ‘er up.  Came home.  Jimmy over.  Darrin came in.  Talked till 9:35pm.  Gotta study for PE test.  Raining.  Excited about bugs.  Oh well.  Guessits all!

The ‘bugs’ mentioned were small FM transmitters powered by a 9V battery.

Grandma Hancock is having problems (brain).  US shot down 2 Libyan jest (F-14’s vs Migs).  Started Shuttle after CB wall.  Darrin got me around 8am.  Dad went to school.  Mom didn’t drive.  Didn’t go to Scholar Bowl.  Talked in home room.  Wasted all hour in Con Ed discussing extra credit.  Darrin got Bernie’s idea book.  Glenn gone.  Glenn in Lit.  She talked (Jeremy and Harry in front).  We talked in back.  Finished “Henry” movie.  Quiz tomorrow.  Learned verbs in Spanish.  Did worksheet.  Did problems, took questions in Physics.  Fun.  Tim is almost bald.  Johnny M for lunch.  Not too good.  Brenda tickled Joe and me.  Ate Nissa’s Caramello.  Holly gone in study hall.  Darrin, Jeremy and I put book covers on Darrin’s books.  I drew Miami on one and arted his accounting book.  Dressed in PE.  Me, Harry, Jeremy, Aaron and Darrin on team.  Beat pro’s twice.  It was cool!  Rode home with Darrin.  Saw Brent B.  To Darrin’s.  Steve taking pictures there.  Got Darrin’s train light.  Came home.  Worked on Shuttle.  Drove to Jeremy’s.  Got Space Shuttle book back.  Gave Harry my tape and Salanik’s (to dub to mine).  Joe at Jeremy’s.  Watched MTV.  Shot toy guns.  Listened to 8-tracks.  Barb called for me to go to Wal-Mart.  I said no.  Took Joe home around 5:10pm, saw Barb and DeAnn.  Asked me to go, said no.  Came home.  Dad here, got Jill at Lisa’s.  Worked on Shuttle.  Mom got home.  Ate spaghetti.  Called Darrin.  He babysat Hannah.  Did Shuttle till 8pm.  David B came by.  Then to Jeremy’s. Jeremy called me.  Supposed to go to Jeremy’s for Physics test review.  Didn’t.  Harry, DeAnn, Barb and Jeremy there.  Gotta study that.  Guess that’s about all.  Mom’s somewhere.  Excited about ITT/college.

Bad night.  Snow mostly melted.  Mom drove.  Darrin got me around 7:50am.  Brenda 1^st person Darrin and I talked to this year.  Went to Scholar Bowl with Mike.  Lotsa new sweaters.  To home room.  Talked to Dia and Tracy.  Saw ITT commercial.  Bells/PA still not working.  Semesters next week!  Con Ed, took hour to read ch 16.  Got grades.  Talked.  Glenn totaled his car.  In Lit, saw slides, she talked about her trip to England.  In Spanish, reviewed with 3 worksheets.  Salanik small moustache.  Got tape back.  Gotta dub!  Took Physics hour to work.  Got lot done.  Talked a lot.  Grilled cheese for lunch.  Official “Tim Day” (his laugh).  Lisa C gone.  Study hall, did some ch 16 (Con Ed), Darrin gone some, played pen game with Holly, new girl (Angie McC?).  6^th hour study hall in commons.  8 talked.  On dumb volleyball team!  Rode home with Scott and Darrin.  Started “Good Guys” #2.  Jimmy over.  TAYE.  Watched TV.  Fell asleep 5:15-5:30pm.  Mom home.  Ate potato logs.  Watched TV.  Mom and Jill to St Clair Square.  Still gone.  Dad to Handee Mart.  Still gone.  Worked on O.R.L. a lot!  Wilburn, Dennis, Sarah and Lisa called.  Darrin called, went to game.  Glenn copied Con Ed 6^th hour.  Guess that’s all.

Time is slippin’.  Can’t wait for college.  Up around 7:30am.  Called Darrin.  Took shower.  Fell asleep.  Brenda and Mom to Belleville.  Called Darrin  He came over around 10:30am.  Did TAYE.  Got light switch and 2 bulbs.  Discussed till around 1pm.  He left.  Ate 2 pizza buns, turkey dinner.  Snow melting.  Made #1 Good Guys comic.  Jimmy over.  Mom got home.  Jeremy called.  Jimmy left.  Can’t wait for TAYE engines.  Oh, prank called and taped.  Ate lasagna for supper with family.  Showed them old Valentine’s book.  Lisa C has mono, tonsillitis and sinus problems.  Darrin came over.  Got microphone at Harry’s.  Light drizzle out.  We taped.  Listened to tapes.  He left around 8:40pm.  Darrin owes me $18.50.  Might do a little O.R.L.  Don’t wanna go back to school.

Up around 10am.  Jeremy went to church.  Aaron came over.  Ate.  Goofed.  Darrin left.  Jeremy and Nissa came in.  Watched “Incredible Shrinking Lady.”  SAD!  Talked, Jeremy dropped me off (Aaron with Rachel C and Tina).  Showered.  Ate.  Looked at TAYE.  Snow melting a little.  Watched TV.  Mom and Dad to Handee Mart.  Jimmy got sled.  Darrin came over.  Ate baked potatoes.  Watched TV, did TAYE.  Went in attic.  Got old papers and RC van.  Darrin left.  Dennis and Brenda in eating with Mom and Dad.  Took lights from van.  Gonna start coin collection.  Gonna get to sleep early.  So bye.
