Thursday, November 24, 1988

Thanksgiving.  No school.  Up at 9:15am.  Long shower.  Read "Red Storm Rising."  Mom cleaned house.  Got pipes, etc for flight sim in garage.  Nice day.  Sunny.  Rather cool.  Wore dumb Hawaiian shirt.  Doolittles down around 12:10pm.  Grandma and Grandpa came.  Explained flight sim to Harry.  Ate. Parents and Jimmy in dining room, Jill, Harry and me in the kitchen.  Had turkey, rolls, potatoes (mashed), Rice-a-Roni, 4 cupcakes.  Full.  Harry and I talked to Jeremy on phones.  Harry broke 4th string on guitar.  Juanita was in my room.  Harry left to be with DeAnn, Brent and Michelle.  Everyone sat in garage.  Jeremy came by with Joel.  He took Jimmy, me to his house in truck.  Jeremy's relatives there.  Jeremy and I watched Gumby.  Jeremy, Joel, Jim, Collin and I played football.  Darrin came over.  Played Jeremy's Atari.  Everyone left.  Jim, Jeremy, Darrin and I played a domino-pool game till 9pm.  Ate pie, turkey, Atari.  Darrin took Jimmy home.  Came back.  Went to Lisa's.  Came back.  Jeremy and I talked.  Looked through Jeremy's journal.  Darrin handcuffed me.  Brought me home around 10:30pm.  Left.  Dad was writing songs. They just went to bed.  Going to Sparta tomorrow for bank and boxes around 10am.  Jeremy's going too.  Well, I think I'm gonna read back in June (Calculus) and eat.
